It is big enough for a long lipstick (like the Maybelline).I use it to keep my bits and pieces in one place in my sling bag. I don't like big handbags and I only take a lipstick and hand cream with me. But I can also put my coins in the zipped part inside, some eye drops, paracetamol, etc and keeps all tidy in the different sections.Zips and everything is great quality.The pattern is gorgeous and it makes it easy to find it in my all black bag!If you are like me, and take a few bits and bobs always in your bag, this is ideal to transfer them from small to big bag without problems.Love Kipling, have many bags, backpacks and this little organizers are so useful! I had one in black (probably bought like 20 years ago) but it was difficult to find in my bag or backpack. Now has been retired to hold my foreign currency... This one is perfect! I hope we will have another 20 years together.It doesn't say, but I do put my Kipling stuff in the washing machine in cold and gentle spin and it comes out very well. My other one had a few mascara/handcream/primer accidents and they all came out well after a gentle wash, after 20 years of use, still looks like new.
