The sheets are overall great. The problem is they run small!!!?This is a good quality pillow case. However, the color that is shown in the listing is more purplish, but the case is actually khaki color. (See first pic) I had wanted the most purplish colored case, so I went by the picture since I have no idea what color "moon beam" is. Guess I should have picked the one that says "lilac!"After I ordered this, I worried I had gotten the wrong size. I have just gotten a new pillow that seemed long and thought the standard size might be too short. When I received the cases, I checked and they seemed long enough, so I tossed them in the wash. When I pulled them out of the wash, they looked a lot shorter. So I checked the description and it says 30" x 21". I measured the case and it was 28" x 21", so it has shrunk 2". Now it just barely covers my pillow. (See first pic.)For those of you who care, it wrinkles a lot after washing. (See 2nd pic.) It does say to iron it. Um. pass!(Dinged 1 star for shrinkage.)UPDATE: My bad on the shrinkage. Wash instructions say to wash in cold water. HOWEVER, I have NEVER had any sheets that I have needed to wash in cold due to shrinkage issues. Plus, I wash ALL my laundry in hot and would have to wash only these 2 pillow cases by themselves in cold, which would be ridiculous. When an item shrinks, that is a cost cutting measure used to use less material in making a product. The only company I know that makes their items shrink on purpose is Levis, who warns that your jeans will shrink and by how much so you can buy the right size. So my 1 star ding still stands...certifies non-hazardous end-products and all of their components. Products So soft and luxurious and a must have but I have to knock off a Star. These are a set of two, 1000 thread count, 100% Egyptian Cotton, King Size (true King Size) with a sateen stripe design. They fell soft and silky. I really like them. The 100% Egyptian Cotton and the 1000 thread count make these sheet super breathable. I have them on a cooling bamboo memory foam pillow and they fell great. I can feel the coolness and they are pretty thick cases. You can’t see through them. I have picked up expensive pillowcases before and you could see the writing straight through the case. The Sateen Weaver Pattern is water wicking, temperature balancing keeps your head cool in summer and warm in winter. Includes two pillowcases size: 21”W by 40”L. Fit a king size pillow perfect. King size pillow is 20”W by 36”L, perfect fit. Regular wash and short fry cycle on low heat. The 1000 thread count is thick and heavy compared to other pillowcases. Of course they are OEKO-TEX Standard 100. What is this? OEKO-TEX certifies non-hazardous end-products and all of their components. Products that carry the Standard 100 label have been tested and proven free of harmful levels of toxic substances. when I see this certificate or label. I am loving it. It means I don’t have to worry if there is anything hazardous in my fabrics. The are anti-bacterial and anti-viral, softness increases with every touch, feather like touch, breathable, skin friendly, fade resistant dyes. A really great set of pillowcases. But they do have to change the picture in the Ad. They are grey not blush. I would high recommend these to family and friends. I do want to mention something else. The end of the Ad. It says they are eco-friendly. They don’t use plastics for packaging. They use cardboard. I pop up a pic of the package. That is a mistake. It was a plastic package. I still really love these pillowcases. 4 Stars.Very soft and comfortable but they wrinkle very easily. They wash well and no picking that I have noticed. I don't see any balling up of the threads or tearing in the wash. They look very nice as well and I like the striping would like to have a whole set of sheets. These fit my standard memory foam pillows well.We always seem to be short of pillowcases for some reason. Like socks, ours seem to disappear so I ordered these. I love the soft blue color. It looks nice in our master or guest bedroom. The material is quite a bit thicker than pillowcases I've bought lately and seem to be well made. They fit a standard sized pillow fine. they washed well. I didn't dry them all the way because I like my cases soft and smooth so I don't overheat them. I wish they were a little softer against my skin though. I'm hoping with repeated washing they will soften more. The cotton fibers seem long and a little like peach fuzz. They aren't bad, but just not as soft and smooth as I like. They should last for a long time.It’s always a bonus when you open the package and it doesn’t have any funky smell to it. These smelled like freshly laundered sheets which was a huge relief. I’ve had some that I have smelled like oil spills or a chemical waste dump. These do not do that these were great.They are very soft and comfortable and cool and after almost 2 months of use and numerous washings there is no pilling whatsoever.The boss of the house has been very pleasedAs far as quality, I'm pleasantly surprised. The problem I have with them is that for just two cotton pillow cases, that's too steep of a price. It's the price I'd expect to pay for EU trademarked 100% linen. And, while these are very high quality cotton pillowcases, they don't/can't have the same quality as EU linen. Simply, they are of cotton and not linen.Secondly, these are NOT natural cotton (as listed). They may or may not be organic cotton (farming), but to be natural, they may not have gone through the bleaching and dying process that they have.These king sized pillow cases are durable and will last through countless washings. They are NOT luxurious however. They were wrinkly after washing and drying. Although they are not rough, they are not super soft either. I was able to make it look better on a standard sized pillow by folding the wrinkly edge inside (see photo).
